Customs Area Controller, FCT Area Command, Comptroller Olu Emmanuel Adebisi, Hosts Ooni of Ife on Familiarization Visit
The Customs Area Controller, FCT Area Command, Comptroller Olu Emmanuel Adebisi, played host to the Ooni of Ife, HRM, OBA, Dr. Adeyeye Anitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, on a familiarization visit to the Command Office complex in Abuja on Monday, December 16, 2024.
During the visit, the Ooni of Ife expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and stated that the purpose of his visit was to assess the performance of one of his sons, Comptroller Adebisi, who has made significant contributions to the Nigeria Customs Service.
In response, Comptroller Adebisi thanked the Ooni for the honor of his presence and described the visit as a moral booster to continue working hard for the greater good of the country. He emphasized the importance of collaboration and encouraged other paramount rulers to emulate the Ooni’s gesture by visiting their sons and daughters to encourage them to continue their good work.
Before departing, the Ooni of Ife gave his royal and fatherly blessings to Comptroller Adebisi, officers, and men of the Command, and admonished them to be diligent in carrying out their statutory duties.
